What would a private citizen have to do to prepare to file a law suit against the United States government on
the basis of religious discrimination in the workplace over a period of 36 years of employment there? I will not use my money to file this suit. I already can get an attorney. What if I wanted to do this myself?

- First, hire an attorney. You will need to file a complaint with the EEOC. Your attorney will explain that. Then, you will need to determine if you even can sue the feds. Not all law suits are permit ed against the government. Again your attorney will be able answer you questions more thoroughly. If you have a case, the suit will be filed. Good luck, discrimination law suits are difficult to get past summary judgement.
- If you are thinking about taking on Big Brother, you better get some high powered legal representation.
- First thing is to open a bank account and deposit there at least $300,000. Then hire an attorney for $400 an hour. Then go to the poor house.
- Get premission form the Government to sue them.
