I saw a meter maid scooter thing with a Democratic bumper-sticker. Is that a violation of Church and State???

Since all lib-Blues are atheiset they should be blocked from Government employment, right??

9. If the meter maid was working for the city, state or federal gov't she/he is not allowed to have a bumper sticker for any political candidate. They are not allowed to endorse candidates, esp on equipment.
