What do you know about civil rights in US today?

We all know that there is no same sex marriage in US. But did you know the following: •There no policies banning sexual orientation and/or gender identity employment discrimination, either in public or private sector in 19 states on US? •There is no federal law banning discrimination based on sexual orientation and/or gender identity when it comes to the fair housing law? •There are states, constitution of which BANNES civil unions? •In the United States, Federal law does not restrict discrimination on the basis of homosexuality? •On June 30, 1986, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled in Bowers v. Hardwick, that homosexual citizens had no constitutional right to privacy. •On June 28, 2000, the Supreme Court of the United States ruled that the Boy Scouts of America had a First Amendment right to exclude people from its organization on the basis of sexual orientation, irrespective of any applicable civil rights laws. Next time if anyone will ask you a question “What is the gay agenda” or “Why gay people are making such a big deal over your sexuality” just simply point out these facts from above…. Needless to say, listed above are just few examples out of many others… Papa M, what is anti American in my question? issues of self interest? 4. In the beginning, God created man and woman. They were created to have sex with each other, NOT with their fellow men and/or women but with the OPPOSITE sex. Praise be to God, whose one and only son, Christ Jesus, died for our sins so that we may be forgiven and have eternal life.

6. This is Sept 11th, 2007. Put down your issues of self interest for one day. Flags are flying and whining anti-Americans should stick a sock in it for one day. Hawaiin, I will pay for the ticket if it is one way! Edit: I can tell you are spending it whining about your perceived rights being offended. By your own words & deeds you will be judged. All I am saying is shut the f up for one day and show respect.
