Why are white men under 40 not in the protected class?
Individuals of a minority race, women, older people, & those with disabilities who are covered by federal laws on equal employment opportunity are in the protected class.

- white men always have the advantage. EOE laws (try) to ensure all qualified candidates get the job.
- Being in protected class is more situational than intrinsic (i.e., if a white male under 40 received racially hostile treatment from an Asian-American boss, the white male would be in a "protected class" on the basis of race). Also, white males find themselves in protected on the bases of disability, religion, sexual orientation, etc. very often.
- Oh, gotcha...white men are the minority in this country. They don't run every facet of government, business, higher education, military, etc. Black people do! (You see how idiotic that sounds...your post sounds just as crazy). WHO DO THEY WANT TO BE PROTECTED FROM. The minorities? They are part of the MAJORITY. What is your problem? You do not make any sense.
