- Dual employment means that you are employed by two employers or in simpler terms you have two jobs. Most companies require exclusivity in employment and may have a penal clause in your contract if you violate this. This is also known as "moonlighting" and is prohibited mostly in employment that poses a conflict of interest in your present one.
