1. Actually yes. Contrary to the myth that Republicans are for a smaller government, Republican presidents, including this one, consistently have had larger governmental employees. Democratic presidents, like Clinton, cut the size of the government. I'm saying if they wait to apply for a government job until after the next election, there will probably be less jobs available in the govt.
