  1. I don't really care about socialist Canada, as long as they know their place.
  2. Nothing is important outside U.S.
  3. Probably because we are very much alike even though the backgrounds of the countries are different in many ways, we know they are our friends and allies and we take them too much for granted.
  4. Canada is ignored by our media. The only time we hear about Canada is when something bad happens.
  5. Probably for the same reason that Canadians know little about Canada-Peru relations. Or Canada-Nepal relations. Or Canada-Morocco relations.
  6. Americans are very patriotic, & knowledge of their nation's history drives their patriotism. My question to you is how come so many Canadians hate Americans? We may be allies, but the anti American rhetoric (even in western Canada) may surprise some.
  7. Canada? What's Canada? Oh, yeah, isn't it a big island up with French Eskimos up north somewhere?
