Should governments provide employment to its citizens?

3. NO. The purpose of government is not to 'take care' of citizens. It is to protect them from threats and to serve them. That's it. Not to give handouts, not to educate kids, not to provide subsidies, not to give corporate breaks, not to beef up an already massive military force, and certainly not to give jobs to anyone. Who serves whom? Does government serve the citizenry, or do the citizens serve the government? Who is the master?
4. If they did that , What would the illegal immigrants do ? Besides be more of a drain on our economy and healthcare systems . Employers would have to pay everyone minimum wage ,instead of paying illegals $ 10 / a day .
