In Ontario Canada they want to place men who cannot pay child support on a website?

What do people think of this and explain how by doing this will help people pay child support. In the event of a man losing his job and falling behind in support should this be permitted. What about the persons civil lberties and what should happen if the government makes a mistake by putting somesone picture and name there. Should not the mothers which routinely ignore court appointed access and visitation also be placed on a website, This seems rather unfair

  1. Put those dead beats on !!! Okay, you've made a valid point about someone without a job. They should be given some slack, I agree. But, do you realize how many men go around fathering babies here and there and never contribute a dime? Hell, it's damn near an epidemic in Texas. Dead beat dads and child molesters should be posted everywhere. And ... a lt of women need to have their tubes tied. I say, line them up and crop dust them so they can't continue to reproduce . Now, that was my two cents worth.
  2. The father of my girlfriend's son has about 5 other kids with several other women. He stays on welfare so that he doesn't have to pay child support... I don't know if putting his picture up on a web site would change anything, but no harm letting the whole world know what a pathetic loser he is! If you are going to make babies you should at least try to support them! He works under the table and isn't homeless or starving, he just purposely tries what ever he can to avoid his responsibilities. Maybe if only one woman sees his picture, she can avoid bringing more of his spawn into the world.
  3. yes mothers who break the law should be on this website also, but this probably isn't an issue because unfortunately it's mostly men who don't pay child support. I think this is fair. If a man loses his job and is behind, he can get another job. Too many men will purposefully not work long hours or try to better themselves financially because they don't want to give money to their children. I beleive it has something to do with having to give money to their ex wives that they don't like to do, which I FULLY understand. I think more men would pay child support if they didn't have to pay it directly to their ex wives. I don't think men are bad generally, but whatever their reasons are for not paying, they HAVE to get over it, it's their children who lose out in the end.
