Should the government force farmers that use illegal to offer these jobs to the US citizen in all 50 states?

so we could compete in this industry. I think many people would take these jobs. Include all industries that use illegals. Just to let everyone know I was not talking about people on welfare, since most men do not qualify, But maybe someone could enlighten me with ad's for crop pickers, because I can not find any. Thanks

2. They should have to obey the law. I believe however, if you took all the legal alien workers that come to the US claiming to be looking for agriculture work, and pulled them off there factory jobs and put them in the agriculture work there would be enough employees to do the work. I don't believe that all the people that are legally allowed to come to the US for agriculture work actually do the work, most will go to factory work if they can, why not, get out of the heat, or the rain, whatever.
3. Yes>An since the are so many legals here that can't get those low paying jobs because the illegals have taken them.Also like AZ there using prisioner to work the jobs the illegalls had??
4. first thing we should do is try to make the professional welfare case a offer they cant refuse! keep them on welfare a extra year while they work! slowly take away the welfare, and i believe we have Millions of people like this here! you really cant use prisoners too easy for escape and they need lots of tools to work the fields... so wefare frauds is the new work force we need to develop

6. Absolutely.. I think jobs need to be offered only to US citizens and people who are here legally.. ..Illegal aliens should not be given jobs because it just encourages them to come here illegally and add to the current problem...
7. Yes, there are people from our own country that need those jobs. I wish that people would just be satisfied being in their own country. You don't see Americans trying to flee their own country do you ? Some would if they could, but stay where you belong.......

Those jobs are open to them as we speaks, if an Anglo applies for a job they are qualified for and not hired and the farmer only hires Mexicans, than they could file a suit against the farmer, That is called (EEOC) Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Why has this not been done? Anglos have not applied for those jobs! There was an immigration sweep in California, taking the workers at harvesting season, with no one to pick the crops they are rotting in the fields. Where are your Americans that will do these jobs , their needed in California today.? Let see if they can get those crops picked by all those unemployed Americans, I think they will past up those jobs and continue living on foods stamps and welfare.
