no kidding. ex-husband was fired from a small bank for filing bankruptcy and for failure to perform job tasks BUT, 10 months later the US government gives him a job as CHIEF PAY AND FINANCE and a RAISE! hehehe just wanted to share that tid bit with the world.

LOL isn't that just the way of the world...my company hired a woman convicted of stealing from her last employer and guess what...she stole from our company too!

Yeah... they hired a horse judge to be the chief of FEMA and a man who didn't have a clue about the CIA to be the chief of the CIA... and Bush was trying to push through an appointment of the man who was over the "Big Dig" to be a department head, but Kerry put a stop to it... What you are saying sounds about right on par...

That does not surprise me. My ex-husband was hired as a nurse for a government run hospital and refused to garnish child support from his paycheck in spite of a court order. My ex makes so much money that he no longer qualifies for earned income credit anymore from taxes, which was the only way I was getting anything before because child support enforcement would intercept the tax return, but yet he is only court ordered to pay $32 a week in child support. $32 a week don't do squat for taking care of a kid. But he doesn't pay that either. The court refused to order guideline child support without giving a reason and my appeals were rejected. My ex gets to live with his new child bride (who he knocked up when she was 14 years old) in house he bought and he gets away with deadbeating on his child from his first marriage. I have spent thousands of dollars in attorneys fees fighting this and cannot afford to fight it anymore. Pathetic that the government hires deadbeats. Nothing the government surprises me. It may outrage me, but it does not surprise me.
