Fingerprints for federal employment?
I have to have my fingerprints taken as part of a criminal background screening for a federal job. I have no criminal background. Will previous inquiries/fingerprints taken by previous employers show up on the report?

- Maybe, maybe not, depends on the database. But if you have no record, none of that will matter.
- More than likely, however it will show that it was for potential employment, so there should be no problems.
- It will not show on a criminal background check but it will on a pre-employment check.
