Does having a State MJ card put you on some federal list?
If one gets a Pot Card, does you get listed with the state or federal government? So if one has a federal job or license the government can check ?

- the Medical card would fall under the same rules as your medical records... (in other words the Feds would not know about it legally).... but if you were drug tested at your job you might want to show them your card...
- Yes the states that allow this keep a database on all card users and growers. Given the state has this information the feds likely have access to it as well. The federal government does not recognize these cards and possession of marijuana is still a federal crime.
- If you have an MJ card, you cannot have a federal job, state job or most municipal jobs. And yes, the records of people with MJ cards are available to law enforcement and other government agencies.
