can i get work as a nurse with a federal record?
i have a federal record but im going to school to be a medical assistant then lvn then rn with time. i was wondering if it is possible to a get a decent job in this field. im aware it is a growing field. thanks guys. ps my charge wasnt drug charges or child pornography. just for you to know.

- if you have a felony on your record probably not.
- It depends on the individual state board of nursing. If the charges did not involve drugs or weapons you have a better chance, it also depends on how long ago the crimes were committed. The longer ago with a clean record the better.
