Police, FBI, CIA jobs.?

I am an eighteen-year-old college student earning my degree in criminal justice and I am looking for a job in my field of study. I really want a Federal job, like say Federal police, however I have not found many Federal jobs that hire younger than 23. Can anyone give me some information on criminal justice jobs that are hiring that I may be able to apply for? I live in the north-eastern part of West Virginia, about forty minutes away from D.C., thirty from Virginia, and between thirty and forty minutes from Pennsylvania and Maryland, a job near these areas would be highly appreciated.

  1. First off if you ever do want to get a Fed job like FBI then forget CJ as a major. They do not hire people with CJ degrees. CIA is not law enforcement by any stretch of the imagination. For any police job a degree is helpful but a cj degree does not give you a leg up on anyone having a degree in say English or philosophy. What is more important is if your college is properly accredited. A number of departments that fit your age criteria are in your area. check out the careers or jobs sections of realpolice.net policeone.com police.net for police jobs of all sorts in the areas you want with the qualifications listed.
