which branch of engineering has more capability and chances for government jobs and best colleges for it?

i would like to do a govt. job after the degree course so kindly help out me because here is a great confusion in my mind in order to select a branch of engineering for b.tech.

1. if u r looking for a govt job after graduation, then mech or ec would be the best option for u. computers is not a gud option.
2. The engineering job in the future will be sanitation engineering.
3. I suggest civil engg. to get a job in India
4. may be this is todays trend to get govt jobs 1)ECE 2)EEE 3)MECH or Civ.E 4)CSE or IT if u get ECE in good college take it
