Can a heart transplant prevent me from applying for Federal /Government jobs?
I was recently diagnosed with some heart disease (heart Failure) and maybe will need a heart transplant, will these consider as a disability, and can prevent me from applying for Federal / Government jobs?

- You can apply for any Federal job that does not have certain physical requirements that you do not meet. The only jobs you might not be able to apply to are ones that involve physical labor.
- You are not required to disclose any physical condition/ailment on any job application. If you are ever asked to do so, or asked a question about it in an interview, that is illegal.
