If I had a felony expunged from my record, will it still disqualify me from federal employment?

1. no you have a new start but be careful you only get one
2. If a security clearance is required, yes. You might qualify for other jobs, like president, senator, congressman, etc. Most of them are either under indictment, have charges pending, write bad checks, and lie, cheat, and steal from their constituents. You could probably fit in somewhere.
