To Do Background Check On Someone...?
If a hospital is to do a federal or national criminal background check on an employee, wouldn't they request the employee to do a finger print or something? If an employee has had a bench warrant over a traffic ticket, would the hospital not hire this person? This is for a nursing job.

- I don't think that a traffic violation would have anything to do with a nursing job, unless you were required to either transport patients somewhere, or where a vehicle of theirs is needed for your job. But in most cases with any public servant like nurses, doctors, police, fire and ambulance staff require an enhanced criminal record check, which yes involves the finger prints. It depends on however, which level you are getting done. In an interview, it is better to be honest if you know that they are doing a check as they will find that violation out. Hope that this helps you.
