Employment Discrimination Lawsuit (Federal or State Court)?
Why would a civil lawsuit be filed in Federal Court instead of a State Court? Does it have any benefit to the attorney upon settlement? Is there more case law in Federal that justifies attorneys fees? I am just not certain why an attorney would choose one over the other.
