should the federal agents at ruby ridge be tried for murder?

I don't want a bunch of comments like "you're just some nut job" or " that dhs report is right" crap. I want real answers. Here's the facts: Federal agents tried to turn randy weaver into a mole in ayarn nations. He said no. He also was asked to sell 2 sawed off shotguns to an atf uc. If he did is up for debate. He was charged with violating the nfa and failed to apper in court when given the wrong date. Us marshals then attempted to arrest randy weaver when their recon was compermised and shot the weavers dog. Sam weaver then opened fire killing marshal degan and then broke contact and was shot in the back. After the seige started a fbi hrt sniper shot an unarmed vicki weaver in the head while she was holding her baby. The federal agents were using military rules of engagement against a guy who was special forces but was never saw combat. The use of this roe is a violation of law enforcement sop and resulted in the murder of a 14 year old boy. A sniper shot a unarmed woman from 250 yards away. All over poecession of 2 short barreled shotguns and a no show in court? Should the us marshels special operations team members, fbi sniper, on site commander, atf uc at aryan nations, and janet reno be tried for murder?

  1. the bad decisions were higher up the folks doing the shooting were probably not all that different from Randy it was a bad decision he was kinda set up but the person/s who launched the bullet/s were not demons, the shooters have my sympathy nearly as much as the dead/family the demons are higher up
  2. No. You can't prove a conspiracy to the crime under those facts, so if anything, you would be limited to those people who actually DID kill someone there. It was handled poorly. The bigwigs in Washington changed the ROE and told them that any adult holding a weapon in the compound was a green light to shoot. It was also 17 years ago. Is there nothing more recent that outrages you?
  3. "That dhs report is right crap". That's just your opinion. How do you know that it's incorrect? Were you at Ruby Ridge that day? Didn't think so. Weaver was a nut job himself. He believe the whole US Government was against him. Just him, no one else. The erroneous letters sent to him with his court dates and with-held warrant only intensified his belief in a conspiracy against him. Seventeen years ago. Seventeen! Try walking into a PD now and telling them that the command team from that day should be indicted for murder. You'd be laughed out of the building and probably taken to the crazy shack. The agents directly involved were dealt with accordingly, and Weaver's family received a huge pay off. As far as you should be concerned, it's over. Done. No one can be tried for murder now - you really think the FBI, ATF & USM are going to re-open the investigation? Eh - no. Ryleigh.
  4. YES, THAT attack was absolutely a criminal act!! A total display of murder and violence by the government. I only wish the Weavers would have been able to successfully defend themselves.
