Fema Employment

Is this a "Mutual Agreement" in regaurd to Federal employment?

I just filled out my background check information and there was a question that said, "Have you been fired, quit after being told that you would be fired or left in mutual agreement, from a previous job?" I said yes because I was sort of fired from my last job a day before my end of season, but my boss said it would only say that it was my end of season. I elaborated in the box saying I was tired from a rigorous school load 5 days a week and work the remaining two. Should I just have said no?

  1. Technically you did answer correctly but in my opinion you should have answered no. Just make sure to let this be known to the employer and let them know you were just trying to be honest.
