Since 25% of inmate in California prisons are illegal aliens, should Calif build prisons in Mexico?
We could work with the Mexican government to put the prisons there are they would get the benefit of jobs.

- I think we should put the illegal inmates on chain gangs all over the country - repairing our infrastructure. Then, some of them could work hard labor on farms to produce food to feed the illegals on chain gangs. There's got to be a way to make the criminal illegals work out for us. You know, get dealt a lemon make lemonade. I'm pretty angry today, a non-English speaking illegal Mexican woman who could barely drive, and without a license, ran over a little four-year-old boy last Friday in my town. The child is in serious condition, and he certainly wouldn't be if that careless illegal hag hadn't been allowed here.

According to U.S. Department of Justice statistics published in June 2008, "noncitizens" --LEGAL AND ILLEGAL COMBINED--[emphasis mine] -- made up only 9 percent (15,849 out of 175,115) of federal and state prisoners held in California at midyear 2007. Furthermore, according to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation's fourth quarter 2007 Jail Profile Survey Report, of the average daily county jail population of 81,612, 9,350 were classified as "[c]riminal/[i]llegal [a]liens," amounting to about 11.46 percent of the average daily county jail population.

- California's governor is preparing to commute the time of 19,000 illegal aliens serving in California's prisons. The Los Angeles Times says this is about 11% of the total state inmate population. This is a budget cutting measure. The illegals will be turned over to ICE for immediate deportation. Under the plan, 19,000 illegal immigrants -- 11% of state prisoners -- would be turned over to the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency after having their sentences commuted. An additional 19,000 "relatively low-risk offenders" would have their sentences commuted as well.

- It might work, but the Mexicans would probably release the prisoners if they had enough money to bribe the warden and the head of the guards union. Nothing works in Mexico without bribes. Why don't we just sterilize the illegal aliens? Then they couldn't breed anchor babies!
- Why not just send all to Mexico prisons and pay them since Mexico the entire country is missing two out three meals a day they could use this money
- If these illegal criminals were sent back to Mexico from U.S. prisons, they would only be treated as heroes by other Mexicans. No, no,..only solution is to Euthanize them all, spare them all the misery, poverty, and burdening their relatives...put them out of their misery-just Euthanize them..ALL of them.
- great idea! actually they should have to do their sentences in mexico and have their gov. pay for it. I do not think our government should pay to build these prisons, let them pay and house their own criminals.
- I agree with Dr. Death. Just euthanize them. These criminals do not mind murdering us so lets us put them to death. It would save a lot of tax payer's money.
