Fema Employment

Does anyone know of any resources for obtaining employment in Colombia?

I am finding myself wanting to move to Colombia--live, work and whatnot. I am wondering if anyone knows of any resources in which an American could obtain employment in the agricultural / production sectors before packing up their bags and heading down there that doesn't involve the US government or the education system. Big thanks and rude/smartarse answers (that will inevitably come) are tolerated but it would be just that much better if someone could help me out. -JW
