What do local and federal governments do about a John or Jane Doe?
What do local, state, and federal governments do about John and Jane Doe's who are over the age of 18, with say no memory who have been evaluated by a psychiatrist and medical team(with no present mental defect, and maybe minor medical problems, or even something a bit larger like onset diabetes), do they create an identity or them beyond John or Jane, do they give them social security, job placement etc? Thanks.
