Canadian Visa Rejection?
Today I got rejection from Canadian Visa officer, for temporary visa. I applied for Tourist Visa and with the visa application I attached following documents •Invitation Letter •Photo Copy of Citizenship card of my uncle •Business Card of my uncle •Bank Statement of my uncle •My Proof of Employment •My Pay slips of Last 6 months •Copy of Email , which indicates that I has been granted leave •Copy of MBA , Group A marks sheet and Copy of Admission Card of exams (Group B) I have in April • Income Tax Documents for the year 2007-2008 • Income Tax Documents from my company for the year 2008-2009 • Financial Statement • Documents of (Property ,Car ,Investment done in Mutual Funds, Investment done in Life Insurance Sector, Fixed Deposits) & Last Six Months Bank Statements to support the Financial Statement . Still as per Visa officer I did satisfy him that I would leave Canada at the end of my stay , in reaching that decision , he considered following factors :- Your Family ties in Canada and in your country of residence . My answer :- In my visa application I clearly mentioned that I am the only child of my parents and my father & mother mentioned that I am the only successor of their property, Still that senseless person thinks I have no ties in my country of residence Purpose of visit My answer :- My uncle sent me the invitation letter attested by notary that he is inviting me to visit him and I also shown the copy of email , which shows I have approved leaves for that time period . Still that illiterate person thinks I have no purpose of visit . Your current employment Situation My answer :- I am working in 2nd largest computer company in the world from last 2 years , I showed appointment letter and salary slips as well , still that mindless person thinks that my employment situation is not good . Your personal assets and finances My answer :- I showed my financial position and my family financial position and my father and mother mentioned this thing that I am their only child and the successor of there property and this was attested by notary , still that son of ….. I request Canadian government to appoint the people who should use there mind while making the decision , they give visa to people who doesn’t have any qualification and comes from villages , but they refuse to give the visa to them who works in big MNCs and live in good cities

- Calm down man, calm down. 1) NO point attaching ur MBA certificate, u are going to visit ur uncle not applying for job or work permit, this could have gone against u. 2) Your ties are your family, your job, if u have property in ur country etc. I think you provided more information to visa officer than he required. Golden rule for visa interview = Only give what they ask for, only answer that they ask. If visa officer says What is your name? Tell him. I am ABC XYZ. Dont, Tell him. I am ABC XYZ, son of IJK LMO. By doing that u have given him opportunity to ask for IJK LMO. So never give information then visa officer is asking for, u are giving him grounds to ask more & then he will make more questions from ur answers & give u hard time. Now wait for three months & apply again. Good luck.
