In UAE with in one year, can employment visa transfered to government body without subjecting ban?

  1. Yes, there is no ban. You can easily transfer your current sponsorship to the government body. Even your present sponsor can not stop that. Once you have been appointed by the dept, normally they will issue an official letter to your present sponsor for the transfer formalities. If you have any problems, just contact the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, they will assist you. Good luck.
  2. It depends on your current contract. As for limited employment contracts, the employee shall not terminate the contract before its expiry term on his own will, otherwise this will be a breach of the law and contract and a one-year ban will be applied here. Regarding joining the goverment job, this shall be done only after submitting a visa transfer application, obtaining the previous sponsor's approval and obtaining the Naturalisation and Residency Department's approval as well. As for unlimited contracts you can resign after one year giving your employer a 4 weeks notice and apply for a visa transfer application and sponsor's approval.
  3. yes u can transfer if the present sponser gives u a no objection certificate to transfer ur employement and visa.
  4. Government has clout to pull employees from private organisations, if they like it or not... A letter from the Govt Department to the private employer will probably be enough to get the cancellation done. I had the govt PRO talk to their PRO and everything went smoothly. Getting your dues from the private company will be another matter... Good luck!
