Can Singapore Permanent Residents (SPRs) apply for jobs with the Singapore government?

I'm interested in applying for jobs with Singapore government ministries (i.e., Ministry of Foreign Affairs, National Environmental Agency etc), but I wonder if government jobs are restricted to Singaporean citizens only? Thanks in advance for your help!

  6. Everyone can apply every job. Included Ah Beng can apply as a Uni Lecturer as well. How ever, he apply doesn't mean the uni had to take him. So, same case as you, you can apply.
