US Government Employment policy on Tattoos?
I plan on working for the state department when I graduate college, and was wondering if anyone knew the US Government's official policy, if there is one, on having tattoos? Is it just common sense and cover them up?

- Nothing below the elbow or knee
- yes, below the arm is prohibited with one exception: a full forearm tatoo of a semi-nude woman in a slinky sailor suit covering her breasts with a sign that says "MOM"
