Does Obama really want to set up a mandatory Social Health care System through the Federal government?

If so, do you think it will be run as efficiently as the mandatory Social Security system we have in place for our retirement? I mean Washington has been doing a great job with that one, right?

1. Yes he does and all of us will be bled dry with taxes to pay for it. It would be a disaterous system to say the least. Obama just isn't too bright.

4. Obama is proposing an OPTIONAL affordable alternative to existing insurance programs. That will benefit small businesses and individuals who don't have access to affordable care and don't qualify for free programs.
5. No, not at all. Obama wants to set up a universal coverage system of health insurance (insurance is not care) that will allow all Americans better access to group health care prices.
6. I don't think it is mandatory, I can keep my company health insurance, but he will still want me to pay for his program, why should I pay double premiums? Because I work my butt off for what I have? Obama wants to redistribute the wealth in this country, that way no one has to work for what they have, it will just be given to them.
7. Yes he does and it will have to become mandatory at some point to support itself. The level of care will deteriorate rapidly and I suspect in a few years we will see a shortage of physicians..
