does having an international lisenced like CFA or CAIA exempt me from government restriction (to work in us)?
I read that to work in us, the requirement is there's nobody in united states qualified to fill that job.The us government will ensure that there's no people can fill, and want to fill that job. so my question is whether the international lisenced have an distinct restriction?

- International Licence for what? How can anyone answer a question unless you give more information, and say where you are too? A US employer may be able to get a permit for an essential employee to work in the USA, but as an individual YOU cannot get one..
- Short answer is no. Long answer is that the more qualifications and experience you have, the easier it could be to get a visa, but you are never exempt from government restrictions. However, please note that CFA etc. does not really give you much of an advantage as there are a lot of them kicking around the US and it does not necessary measure ability.
- Well "romy r" it is a very wrong place though to have answer to your question. CFA designation is not meant to have permission to work in US or in any other country, neither should it lent to have exampted from government restriction on work. It simply means you have certain qualification that is well regarded in finance job in North Amarica, UK and in many emerging markets in Asia. However, job market, especially in finance, is experiencing severe slowdown from the last one year and predicted to continue for next couple of years. I still hope it is a generalized conjecture, may not be true for you. Only (f***ing) thing you need, an impressed employer who will sponsor your H1B visa.
