What is the best industry for entry level employment with opportunity for growth?
I graduated with my Bachelors in International Business Management in 2003. I had the hardest time finding a full-time job so I took the first thing that came along. I now work for the federal government, but I only answer phones. Lately, I am so frustrated in this job. Mainly because our Managers are Village Idiots. We wouldn't know cost effective if it hit us in the face and it's all about status quo. It's been 3 years and I came in thinking I can work hard and move up the ladder. NOT HAPPENING. We have been on a hiring freeze for 3 years. I have since started my Master's in Human Resources Administration. I am 3 courses away from finishing. I am tired of working administrative jobs and I feel I am paying $1300 a class for nothing. Where should I start? I am looking for a job where I can start fairly entry-level and promote through the ranks. I have tried other government agencies which I qualify for with upper-level education, but I guess bureaucracy gets in the way.

- I would try looking in the healthcare field. It seems to be the one field that is doing well, despite the economy. With that Masters, you could work in a hospital or some kind of healthcare center. There are so many opportunities out there in this field. Good luck!
- Well I don't know about a business degree or any of that because I am in school for something totally different but I have been with a company called GDI and I have been managing their business for them and I had no experience in business management or anything but they teach you how to do everything and its no get rich quick scams or nothing like that. Its straight up legit and its been a blessing because I am strapped for time and its so hard to find legit online jobs but once you sign up you are mostly talking to people over the phone or over emails. for more info go to http://www.liveincomfort.ws
