70,000,000.00 Federal Lawsuit in U.S. District Court.?

The U.S.Federal Goverment,Agency.I had employment with from 1994-1997, was found {GUILTY} for the breaching the total number of (2) Settlement Agreement.I signed with the Agency in 1994-1995.from the E.E.O.C in Washington.Dc. . *because of this,I had filed a 70,000,000.00 Lawsuit in U.S. District Court,New York, towards the Agency. The Defendents Attorney, requested for the Judge, assinged to the case,to decide this case without a Court/Jury. The Defendents Attorney, also said."the court accepts plaintiffs well-pled factual allegations reg venue as true, draw all reasonable inferences from those allegation in the plaintiffs favor" (Whats Going On Here?) *Would anyone have a clue why? the defendents would like to have the Judge, decide the case without a trail.knowing im asking for $70,000,000.00 in Court damage's,knowing they have been found *Guilty* of breaching, both agreements. *Should.I keep this Case in Court for the Jury? *Have The Judge, decide it without going into Court.

  1. Sounds fishy to me. They may want the judge to decide the case knowing he will not make the same monetary award as a jury. If it were a jury and they have admitted wrongdoing you would probably get the amount you seek where if it is a judge he will probably award a lesser amount, much less. Do you have an attorney? What does your attorney say?
  2. I'm guessing a large portion of that 70 million is for punitive damages? (Certainly can't be actual right?) Judges often are less apt to award large amounts in punitive damages than jury's.
