About California Alien Employment?
i'm only 15, and will be 16 in 2 months and i'm currently applying for a green card, but it has been 4 years since i applied. My visa is H-4 i'm wondering if i can get a job in fastfood places. Taco Bell asked me for an alien #. i'm wondering if i give it to them and get hired...will the federal law check and kick me outside the country or it is legal to work there. thanks
