Is California going to outsource its porn-jobs to China?

I've just read a news article which says that Arnold Schwarzenegger and his government in California is trying to impose a 25% tax on the Adult Entertainment Industry in California. And all the porn-stars there are protesting that with this kind of a tax. It would be cheaper for them to fly to Budapest and shoot their dirty pictures there than in California. But with all the outsourcing of jobs going to China, India, and other places. I wonder if the US porn companies will simply outsource their porn-jobs to China and avoid paying the huge taxes in California? Are US porn stars going to end up homeless and standing in line to eat at soup kitchens?
