If the US Government taxed US corporations who moved manufacturing overseas, is that socialist and unAmerican?
Say our Federal government taxed corporations more heavily who go overseas for cheaper labor. Though it may lead to more American jobs, Isn't that anti-capitalist and in fact socialist and therefore un-American?

- The tax system is often used to implement policy ideas, e.g., to encourage home ownership. Just because you disagree with the purpose does not make it anti-capitalist, socialist or un-American.
