I want to work for the US government in the Philippines. Can you guide me to job listings ?

I am a Registered Nurse with BS degree, 23 years experience in hospital direct patient care and some administrative experience. I have 6 years experience teaching Nursing theory and teaching dtudents skills in clinical setting. I can teach fundamental math and health. I had Top Secret clearance when I was in Army. I can learn security job and learn administrative procedures.

1. I really don't mean this in a bad way (I'm saying that because I know it might sound bad, but I'm really not being) but if you don't have the wherewithal and initiative to find this for yourself then you probably don't have enough gumption or initiative to work for government. Seek and ye shall find.
2. do you just like the phillipines? you can get a job anywhere in the US. try http://www.usajobs.gov/ .
3. too easy. Your going to have to make an online resume in the fed format. The basic resume is easy but all of the KSAs are rather time consuming. Take a look at the following web page. Your local library should have everything that you need to make your resume sharp and professional. good luck.
