this is an non government organization that are reqcruiting us to go to the USA

First step is do to a simple internet search, after that depending on the country to company is located in check with their Chambers of Commerce. If it is an NGO is will be listed on the United Nations website.
It sounds like a total scam. They can't give you housing and job in some other country (as other people have asked about on Yahoo! answers). No way. They have no internet site (I did a search). They are not a real organization. They are just trying to get your money. If you send them money, you will never see it again and they will provide you with no services. Stay away from them!
