I was deported from US after spend 60 days in Federal Prison, Can I clean my record?
I was deported after spend 60 days in a Federal Prison after try to get into US at airport. Due a 2 surgeries I had to overstay in US for three years. I put a fake stamp in my passport to cover up and I was banned for 5 years to comeback. I used my American Visa for 4 times before, legally. How can I clean my record, because I have to travel other countries for my current job? Can I use a waiver letter asking for forgiveness? I do not want to comeback to US, I just dont want have a problems at others airports.
