Civil vs. Civil Federal?
I work for a pre-employment screening company that conducts criminal and civil searches. Recently we have been asked the question "What is the difference between a regular civil case found in most common county courts and civil federal cases found in the federal court?". I have tried to research some reasons but have not been able to located anything that is helping. If anyone has any ideas or information, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
