How do I bid on state and government jobs?
I work for a septic and sewer company. We want to start trying to bid on government jobs in the state of California (BIG MONEY). I know our chances are good on winning for many, many reasons, but what do we do and where do we go to get started on this? Any links or phone numbers would really be helpful! Thanks in advance! P.S. I'm aware of the websites that require a subscription...I was hoping to find a government site that is free to the public

- Firstly, all state & fed contracts are, by law open for bidding.
