do you feel that the state and federal government should be able to delete any e-mails concerning their job~?!
i just read that besides the Whitehouse, several state government officials have been having their e-mails deleted without keeping any paper backups of the information they are supposed to keep for the public under the Freedom of Information Act~!!! some cases that have been investigated by the Grand Jury have found contacts with unlicenesed lobbyist and behind closed door illegal deals goin on, and that they say they are not accountable to keep any of that information ever since electronic communication has been accepted~!!! these computers and equipment are paid for by us, they are working for us, the info is supposed to be kept on records for the public~!!!! should we make them go back to paper records keeping if they wont play fair~??!!! what is your opinion~??!!

- it depends on whether it is part of national security or not. I do believe there should be a trail. I also think that clinton should be forced to release his white house papers,but he will not until 2012. if anyone has a lot to hide it would be bill clinton.
