like a dumby i took a .5 klonopin last night. i had a federal drug test for a state job today. will it show up

i drank lots of water. i NEVER take the stuff. i dont know what on earth POSSESED me to. now im shittin bricks.

1. If they test for benzos, yes - it has a long half-life.
2. Yes, it will-but surely you have a prescription? They won't ding you for a prescribed med used as ordered.
3. Chances of that being brought to your attention are slim to none. That is an anti-anxiety medication. It is not an illegal drug but a prescription drug, so even if they saw it there is nothing they can do to you. Mean while keep in mind taking prescription drugs without the prescription can be dangerous for you regardless of why you are taking it. No stressing you will be fine ;)
4. It depends on what they are testing you for. Even though it is a prescription drug, if it is a controlled substance (I think it is) you had better have a prescription for it, because it is indeed illegal to take a controlled substance without a prescription.
