Federal Local and State Taxes?

Can someone give me a yearly and monthly estimate of money the Federal, Local, and State would take out of a monthly salary of $5204.05, yearly salary of $62,448.6 We will say the job is in Cleveland, Ohio United States. Thanks About the withholdings... I am not sure. I am just creating a sample budget. You can provide an example. It doesn't have to be extremely accurate. Just enough so I know the deal. Thank you.

  1. I would need to know what your withholdings are, then I could work it out for you.
  2. Here are the assumptions: 1. You have gross earnings of $62,448.60 annually. 2. You get paid every 2 weeks. 3. You have no pre-tax deductions. - so, your taxable earnings = gross earnings. 4. You are single and claim 1 allowance on your federal W-4. 5. Social Security and Medicare are withheld. 6. You claim 1 allowance on your Ohio W-4. 7. Cleveland has a city tax rate of 2% (I think). 8. You have no other post-tax deductions. The result: 1. You'll have gross earnings of $2,401.87 every 2 weeks. 2. You'll have taxable earnings of $2,401.87 every 2 weeks. 3. $406.21 will be withheld each paycheck for federal taxes. 4. $148.92 will be withheld each paycheck for social security. 5. $34.83 will be withheld each paycheck for medicare. 6. $85.94 will be withheld each paycheck for Ohio taxes. 7. $48.04 will be withheld each paycheck for Cleveland taxes 8. You'll have take-home pay of $1,677.93 each paycheck. You should be able to translate those into yearly and monthly estimates as well as start a monthly budget. Good luck.
