  1. I really don't mean to be rude, but welcome to reality. You can't just take hand-outs your whole life; working in fast-food is even better than that. Nobody is making you poor. You are making you poor. You're lucky that the government gives you something, because where I'm at, the government doesn't give you ANYTHING. You live in a socialized country where just about anyone can get government aid, and it looks to me like you're abusing it. Go to every business within a 10 mile radius of you and apply for a job. I'm in Michigan in the US, and we have the worst economy in the whole country, and I've got 5 retailers wanting to hire me. It's possible for you to get a job, I promise. and why are you begging other people for money? Work for it! find a crappy job and earn it. at this point, beggers can't be choosers.
  2. You could alway sell your hair , apparently there is a place that buys it at ," so "much an inch But it does have to be at least " so " long , But I don't think it would move you to a higher income tax bracket , However if you took the money and invest it in a quick game of cards , no one has ever Regretted that , you possibly could find that poor is behind you , Infact you can bet on it ..
