Question regarding canada immigration?

I have a question. I am trying to apply for Canada immigration and have employer to offer me a job. The question is any employer can offer me any job and i can apply for immigration or that job offer has to go through labor certification from the government? I mean first they have to hire within the country and then they hire someone from outside. thanks

  1. Canada immigration is very easy they have point system and you in Canad find out by yourself how many point you can get. They can hire you from anywhere it don't meter you are in Canada or not. Go to Canada immigration web site.
  2. You dont require a job for applying immigration to Cabnada. You will be eligible if you fulfil the requirement for immigration there is points system whuch has to be evaluated. If you have a job offer already then you get extra points for that. You can go to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp to have more info. and other requirements. hope this will help you.
  3. Hi, If you have a real job offer from a real employer, then you will get work permit and you will have to go back when the job is finished. For work permit your employer will start the paper work. If you want immigration, that will take several years, and no employer will keep waiting for that long. Just go to web site http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp and study all requirements, check your points and apply only if you qualify points test and meet all the requirement, otherwise you will only loose your money.
