In this economic crisis, should the US government neuter women with more than 2 children for free?
Isn't it going to be cost prohibitive to support these future children with no jobs unless the US citizenry is given a subsistence allowance to live off of from now on?

- I have to admit I agree with you. I think that overpopulation is the world's biggest problem. It hurts ecology. I know this is a complicated issue and there are legitimate concerns with sterilization abuse, directed at people of color. But there are way too many people on the planet.
- I bet US fundamentalist will change their position about abortion... I dont think US goverment can subsidize families,as USA goes to a recession , US budget defficit will be rampant as less money will came from taxes and exports. Capitalism is against Family! Face it!They dont want parents to be near their childs...Didnt you notice that both members of a couple must work just to live pay-check to pay-check?How many broken families is USA going to have in the next years ? This is a good example about how a contradiction works, Family was directly linked to the evolution and development of Capitalism,the concept of property and inheritance is the basis of Capitalism. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inheritance And Capitalism itself ,is destroying family.... - have you thought about the future??? what would happen when the economy picks up?? it is the business cycle.. you are then faced with an aging population problem and then you by than are old but have to keep working as there are not enough taxpayers to support you
