How should I record my SCA internship on my USAJobs resume?

I completed an SCA (Student Conservation Association) internship at Yellowstone several years ago. How should I go about recording this in my resume on USA Jobs? Particularly, who should I put as employer? The park or SCA? Federal position, yes or no?
