Federal employment out of school good?
I just got a job working for the federal government as a clerk. I also just graduated with my bachelors degree? Is this a good job to stay in and to get just being out of school?

- Depends on what you want out of life. Working with the government is comfortable, until the money runs out or your department is deemed unnecessary. So do you want security or do you want to make a difference? You have to think about that and then look at what you do with your job. If it's good pay and not 'too' difficult you've got a winner in terms of security. But if you want to make a difference, I would give it a year. If after a year you feel like you want to get out, get out! Life's too short to do a job you hate.
