Can I be rehired?
Was terminated from federal employment for being charged with menacing in 2004. The judge contacted the agency and was assured there would be no termination, sure enough I got the axe. Will I ever be eligible for any type of federal, government, state, or civil service. I thought there might just might be a period of time before I could reapply

- IT ALL DEPENDS ON WHAT THE REASON FOR YOUR TERMINATION WAS LISTED AS IF YOU WERE TERMINATED BECAUSE OF THAT LEGAL PROBLEM YOU SHULD HAVE SUED TO GET YOUR JOB BACK PLUS BACK PAY
